It will clear up your confusion about calorie counting, label reading, "dieting" mistakes, and how exercise should alter your eating habits. Our team will help restructure your dietary foundation and launch you forward with realistic weight loss goals, a practical but satisfying meal plan, and far greater knowledge about the benefits of healthy food. All in the comfort of your own home or office.
Body Transformation Nutritional package consists of four 30-minute phone sessions as well as unlimited access to email correspondence with BTE nutritional team. It begins with a complete consultation: an intro session on current eating habits, analysis of a current food diary (emailed prior to first consult), and goal setting for the duration of the program. There will be three follow up sessions, that will provide adjustments to eating habits to assist in meeting the clients goals. The program will be tailored to the needs of the client, and can include custom meal plans (based on preferences and goals), as well as grocery shopping lists, and creative substitutions for current eating habits. The last consultation will be an evaluation of goals reached as well as setting long-term objectives for the future! (At the end of the session there will be an option to continue working together).
